This page is short because we collect very little.
We sell the ability to answer "where is my data and who touches it". Here is that answer for our own website.
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics, and embeds nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. If that changes, this page changes first.
What we receive when you use the forms. The contact form sends your name, email address, the role you pick, and your message. The follow-the-build form sends your email address. Both are delivered to our inbox through a Cloudflare Worker we operate (Cloudflare is our processor for delivering that message); nothing is written to a marketing database, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
Why we may process it: to answer you and, if you asked to follow the build, to send you occasional short notes about what shipped (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every such note tells you how to stop them; one reply is enough.
How long we keep it. Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live, then as ordinary business correspondence. Follow-the-build addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operations, with short retention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Write to admin@unhazzle.io and we'll act on it. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
