- Cloud computing has consolidated around non-European providers, and that is where the defaults, the tooling and the habits live.
- Europe's own providers still carry a technical gap against the hyperscalers, and closing it is not our customers' job.
- European companies and governments increasingly prioritize sovereignty, privacy and local control, in contracts rather than in opinions.
- More investment is flowing into European technology than at any point we have worked through.
- AI adoption is breaking down yesterday's capacity limits, so a small team can now build what used to need a large one.
Build on the strengths of each, and hide the seams.
An abstraction layer on top of Europe's major cloud providers, using the services each one does well.
Not one provider with its compromises, and not a lowest common denominator across all of them. We pick per workload: compute where the iron is cheap and capable, managed data where the platform is broad, models where they can be hosted under European law. The customer sees one platform.
Agents at the platform core: troubleshooting, automated recovery, and proactive incident detection and remediation. The aim is hands-free operations, earned action by action, and because the agents write down what they did, the record is a by-product rather than a project.
You describe intent, review what the platform proposes, and approve what it does. The console brings you decisions instead of dashboards to interpret.
Use AI to build the missing critical pieces at a speed a small team could not otherwise reach: Karpenter-class autoscaling and smart multi-cloud placement.
Every initiative has to survive the same test: we only build what we can operate honestly enough to show you the inside of.
